The aromatic ghee is 100% handcrafted using the Ayurvedic Bilona method of hand-churning curd. Every batch begins with fresh cow milk, carefully turned into curd using a natural starter culture, and left to set overnight. The curd is carefully churned by hand in the stillness of the early morning, using the ancient wooden Bilona to separate creamy butter (Makkhan), then slow-cooked over firewood.
Renowned for its granular texture (danedar), golden glow, and Sattvic nature, ghee is made by slowly heating churned butter at low temperatures to help preserve its nutrients and taste. It is packed in airtight tin containers to retain freshness and prevent wastage.
