Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mohan Ghee®. This Shipping Policy explains how we
process and deliver your orders. By placing an order on mohanghee.in, you agree
to the terms below.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to
Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are
processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email
at the time of purchase, and a separate dispatch email with tracking details
once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping coverage
We currently ship across India only.
3. Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch. Delivery
timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public
holidays, or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders of ₹600 and above. Shipping charges, where
applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
and SMS. You can track your order using the link in the dispatch email or by
contacting us at mohangheeproducts@gmail.com.
6. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate
at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer. If you spot an error, please contact us within
2 hours of placing the order at mohangheeproducts@gmail.com — we will try to
update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
7. Failed delivery and undelivered orders
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered (incorrect address, recipient
unavailable on multiple attempts, refused delivery, or unreachable phone), we
will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or missing items
We pack every order carefully, but in the unlikely event your shipment arrives
damaged, tampered with, or missing items:
• Photograph the outer package and the damaged contents before opening or
discarding any packaging.
• Email mohangheeproducts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your
order number and photographs.
• We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement at no
additional cost where applicable.
Please note: as per our Refund Policy, food products cannot be returned for
health and safety reasons. Damaged-shipment replacements are handled
separately under this Shipping Policy.
